Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or are missing original packaging are not eligible.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on customised pieces, except in cases of manufacturing defects or quality issues.

How to Return

Email support@awakendust.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Do not ship anything back without first receiving authorisation from us.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange unworn items within 30 days. Email us to get started. If the item you'd like is higher in value, you'll be charged the difference.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when complete.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Email support@awakendust.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
